You can return items to swampfashion.com or to any Swamp Fashion store, free of charge within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with garment tags and ‘do not remove tag’ still attached. We also require all documentation that was delivered with the items to be returned, including this form. A full refund can only be guaranteed if the item(s) is returned within the stated time frame.
Any sale items and/or products bought on discounts/special offers from the website will only be eligible for a credit note/exchange at the store and not a refund.
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges (Exchanges are available in store only).
Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. The shipping cost for returning the item to Swamp needs to be bore by the customer. In case of an incorrect order or a faulty/defective product, Swamp will incur the shipping costs. We advise that you use a traceable postal service which offers insurance for the value of the item(s). Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds.

- Either return the item to one of our stores or post your parcel at any Post Office.
- If posting; repackage the item(s) you wish to return, intact with all tags, labels, return document and delivery note.
- We advise that you obtain proof of postage. Please retain this proof until you have received your refund.
- You will receive confirmation from Swamp via email upon receipt of your package and when your refund has been processed.
- Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Please note refunds may take up to ten working days to appear in your account.
